Contraception Skills Training
The Contraception Skills Training focuses on theory and skills for delivering excellent contraception care. During the plenary session, an experienced healthcare professional explains the key theory. Then, in three carousels, you will practise placing: the hormone coil, the copper coil and the implantable rod.
Target group: midwives, (general) practitioners, physician assistants (PAs)
Duration: 5 hours
Cost: 195 euros
Accreditation points KNOV, ABC1 and NAPA: 4 points*.
*This training is accredited by the KNOV as training in contraception (theory and skills) in preparation for the in vivo training. Can also be booked in combination with the e-learning Contraceptive Advice Made to Measure.
T-Safe

Implanon NXT
Insertion & removal
On behalf of Organon, Titus Health Care provides medical Implanon NXT® insertion and removal training. Under the guidance of an experienced healthcare professional, you will practice the technique for insertion and removal of the implantation rod. Information such as how it works, side effects and (contra-)indications are also covered.
