Daniëlle van Veen

"Working with the challenges of medical translation on a daily basis has awakened my interest in the medical sector. My position at Titus Health Care is a logical next step, in which I find the added value that THC wants to offer for Dutch women a great starting point. Besides my work, I enjoy sports and can regularly be found at concerts and festivals."

At Titus Health Care

Daniëlle is the primary contact person for gynaecologists, pharmacists and buyers in the south of the Netherlands and for midwives and GPs in the region of Brabant and Limburg. She is responsible for providing information and services relating to T-Safe, Multi-Safe and Ballerine and the necessary instruments.

In addition, Daniëlle develops accredited continuing education courses, and organises meetings and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Finally, in cooperation with healthcare professionals, she monitors developments in the gynaecological field.

Previous experience

Daniëlle obtained a bachelor's degree in Dutch Language and Culture from Leiden University, followed by a master's degree in Journalism and New Media, also in Leiden. After obtaining these diplomas, she went to work for a translation agency as a project manager and later as an executive, where she focused on specialised medical translation work.
