Multi-Safe short is a reliable copper IUD without hormones, ideal for women who choose hormone-free contraception. You keep your natural cycle and you can have carefree sex. The Multi-Safe IUD has a horseshoe shape and is made of plastic and copper. The IUD is effective for 5 years and is more than 99% reliable. The Dutch College of General Practitioners prefers both the T-shaped (T-Safe) and horseshoe-shaped (Multi-Safe) copper IUD.

There are two variants of the Multi-Safe IUD: Multi-Safe and Multi-Safe short. Multi-Safe is suitable for women with a uterus larger than 6 centimetres.
